Please note: A physical copy of the camper’s health insurance card, signed waiver, and emergency contact form is REQUIRED before your child can participate in the camp. The forms can be signed at camp when dropping them off, or can be downloaded here and sent with them to camp. No camper will be allowed to participate without these signed forms. Due to technical issues with the website, after completing the registration you will see a message stating that you have successfully registered for VBS. Despite this message, you will have successfully registered for youth camp.
