Please note: A physical copy of the camper’s health insurance card, signed waiver, and emergency contact form is REQUIRED before your child can participate in the camp. The forms can be signed at camp when dropping them off, or can be downloaded here and sent with them to camp. No camper will be allowed to participate without these signed forms.
